The hotel was quiet and incredibly beautiful, loved garden view from our double room. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a minibar, a fireplace, and a coffee/tea maker inside the room.

I came here with my husband. The staff was amazing and kind as I expected. Restaurant on site was good!

Every single thing was perfect. Clean room with all the amenities, and the pool was great. The staff was good and kind and my stay was such wonderful, will come back.

The Jiwana Bali Resort in Ungasan is a gem! The cabins are new, clean, and comfortable. The pool is relaxing with comfortable sun beds. The hospitality and care from the owner and staff are exceptional. They even provided special remedies when I was unwell. Highly recommend!

Nothing that I didn't like.

the bathrooms were stylish and the breakfasts were delicious. the minibar was stocked with a great selection of refreshments, including a water refill machine and snacks. the property is also conveniently located near a good restaurant and grocery store, but you will need a rental scooter to reach the beaches.

The power outlets in the rooms were limited, making it difficult to charge all of our devices simultaneously.

I had an amazing time during my recent city break at this resort! The cabins were very cozy and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities. The pool was a great place to relax, and the warm, clean water made it all the more enjoyable. What I liked the most about this resort was the little things they did to make our stay comfortable, like providing plug adaptors and traditional Balinese dressing gowns.

Although I enjoyed my stay, there were a few issues that I think could be better. The breakfast could have had more variety as it was limited to a few items.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort with its lovely rooms and friendly staff. the pool was clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing on sunny days. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided us with traditional Balinese dressing gowns and toiletries, which we found to be a thoughtful detail. Plus, the location was just what we were looking for as it was only a short distance from the beaches and the cultural sites that we wanted to visit.

The only minor things that we didn't like were the lack of variety in the breakfast menu and the fact that there were not enough power outlets in the room. these were just small issues that didn't impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.
